So these little beauties are easy to make in a jiff. They are always a crowd pleaser.

Cream Cheese

Ranch Dressing Mix

Mini Dill Pickles

Ham

Tortillas

 

 

First you will want to have your cream cheese at room temperature. Add one packet of ranch dressing mix into the cream cheese. Then get your other ingredients ready to roll.

 

I have found that the easiest way to get the dill pickles into bite size pieces is a grater. Use the larger side and just grate away. You will find that these are perfect size for tortilla roll ups.



 

Voila! Tiny pickle pieces!

 

Get some scrumptious ham and chop it up.

 

Now is the simple part. Get your self a tortilla. Spread half of the ranch cream cheese onto a tortilla. Then layer pickle pieces and ham on top. Then just roll it up. I like to cut them into 1 inch pieces. I always eat the end because they aren't that pretty, so no one needs to see that. You should get about 6-7 rolls per tortilla. Bring them to your next party and get ready to receive compliments!
